1. Treatment principle
The CL20 type CO2 laser treatment ( below brief name treatment ) adopts Sealed off CO2 laser
which transmits laser thruough the guiding light joint arm. The output is not to see the infrared, the
characteristic is a good direction, the energy density is high.
2.Construction performance
2.1 laser machine
The glass tube, which is 480mms long, consist of laser machine & filled CO2 gas; Both ends of the
tube stick to mirror slice separately. It's sides are installed with electode & coolingpipe. When the
laser machine electrode connects high pressure with electric current, the CO2 gas is encouraged
that produces the laser and sends out from the exportation germanium lens of the laser machine.
2.2 laser articulated arm
It consists of 7 joints and a guiding light tube. There are laser reflector slices in the joints.Laser beam
through focus lens outputs in the interval after reflecting for many times. The
fan-out can go together with focused mirror and with all kinds of operation head- knife.
2.3 power supply part
It consists of transformer & switch power supply. The output power of laser can be adjusted with
switch power supply to change the current.
2.4 Control part
It consists of control power, computer panel and control panel.
2.5 Cooling off the water circulatory system
It will produce heat when the laser machine works. The inner circulating water cools off.
The pure water exists in the tank. The water pump sends water to the laser pipes via controller
and reflows to water tank.
2.6 Indication laser device
When computer controls laser, preparation( READY), will shoot the red laser which is the CO2
light road instructions.
2.7 Laser controls switch( the feet steps the switch)
The footswitch of the treatment is drop proof type,which is applicable to the laser treatment
room & not suitable with the operating room.
2.9 Cooling system protection
If the circulating cooling water appears trouble, it will damage the laser, When the laser machine l
acks water, or water temperature is over 45 °C, .the computer will cut off the power supply to send
alarm sound and lighten on the indicator of the panel.
2.10 Cover interlock
The power will be cut with interlock for safety when the cover of the box is moved.
2.11 Light brake
It is a safety device. The light brake will be open when stepping on the foot-switch, otherwise it will be close.
