Jinan Warehouse Carton Flow Racking System
Carton flow rack is a special racking system depending on rollers to make products stored moving from the entry side to the picking end under the picking end under the force of Gravity. It is a kind of First IN FIRST OUT racking and also could make high density of storage. This kind of racking is useful for short-time storage and processing of items.
Features:
1.The racking is developed from the medium duty racking.
2. Aluman or steel roller rail are equipped between a pair of beams per layer to form a slope , and under the fluency of gravity,
first in first out of goods are realized.
3.It is convenient to access and suitable for such places as the two sides of the assembly lines, distribution centers, etc.
4. Pallets/Boxes move along in transport chanel depending on gravity.
5.The height of the racking is normally lower than 2.5M and the loading capacity of each layer is 1000kg at the most
