This product is flammable and should be stored in its original packing and in a cool and dry indoor area, with temperature no higher than 104°F (40 ºC). Storage temperature should be between 41°F ( 5 ºC) and 104°F (40 ºC). Keep containers closed to avoid contamination. Do not expose material or container to source of ignition, caustics, oxidizers, heat, spark or flame. Keep away from food and drinks. Keep out of the reach of children.

Application Guidelines

50~104°F (10~40ºC)

Method of Application:

Brush / Scraper

Instruction:

1. Remove the object that has caused the puncture.
2. Take out the inner tube with tire lever.
3. Locate the puncture. Put the tube in water to look for bubbles if necessary.
4. Clean the area around the puncture and keep it dry. Roughen the area with metal rasp. The area roughened should be bigger than the cold rubber patch you are to apply.
5. Apply a thin layer of rubber cement on the puncture with a clean and dry tool, and spread it around the area. The area should be larger than the cold rubber patch. Wait for at least 5 minutes for the cement to cure.
6. Take the cold rubber patch. Peel off the foil and stick the patch onto the puncture area. Press firmly and rub the patch onto the inner tube, starting from center and then all over the area.
7. Peel off the cellophane and dust the patch so that it will not stick to the inside of the tire. Make sure the patch is firmly attached before refitting the tube.

Cleanup:

Sprinkle absorbent compound onto spill or residue, and weep it into a plastic or metal container. Wash spill area with soap and water. Dispose in a suitable closed container in accordance with current government regulations.

Precautions:

This material is extremely flammable and will burn.
Do not swallow. Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Material may be aspirated into lungs and may cause abdominal pain and nausea.
Avoid eye contact or skin contact. Eye contact may cause severe irritation. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking and may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Avoid breathing vapors and use only in well-ventilated area. It is irritating to respiratory tract. Inhalation may cause drowsiness, headache, nausea and depressed CNS.

First-Aid:

Get medical aid for all cases of overexposure.
In case of skin contact, remove or take off all contaminated clothing immediately. Rinse skin with soap and plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Consult physician if symptoms persist.
In case of eye contact, flush eye(s) cautiously with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses if safe and easy to do. Consult physician.
In case of inhalation, remove from exposure and move to fresh air area immediately.
If swallowed, do not induce vomiting and consult physician immediately.
In case of fire, use dry chemical powder, carbon dioxide or chemical foams for extinguishing.
