DESCRIPTION:
Nozzle Verifier is used to adjust and check the injection pressure,atomization quality,and leakproofness of needle valve of dieselfuel injector assembly,to ensure the good power performance.
XZ-I NOZZLE TESTER possesses such qualities as following:
Function:
1.adjust the injection pressure.
2. calibrate the atomizing quality.
3. modulate the injection angle.
4. check the sealing of the needle valve.

Operation and adjustment of the nozzle tester.
1. Fix the tester on stable work-table by using four holes of the base plat.
2. Working environment must be clean, so must operator’s hands and clothes must be clean. No operating out of the room is allowed.
3. Precipitate light -10diesel over hours, Filter it through strainer, Then put the filtered diesel into tank. Don’t put into it with unqualified diesel.
4. Testing of injection pressure of injector assembly.
Turn the injector assembly tested onto the nozzle joint tightly with high pressure profect than do the experiment and adjestment of pumping fuel.When
Pumping fuel,watch the reading on the pressure at the same
Time ,compare it with the specified pressure ranges of the injector assembly to
See if it is normal.If the presure is too high or too low, adjust the pressure
