Production steps
Step 1 |
Cutting |
According to the cabinet size to cut the stainless steel sheet, it includes outside sheet and inside sheet. |
Step 2 |
Punching |
According to mould to punch the sheet angel, then for folding. |
Step 3 |
Folding |
After punched the sheet 's four angels, then folding the sheet edge to be a notch, it contains outside sheet and inside sheet. |
Step 4 |
Filling |
<1> glue water inside sheet notch, <2> fill the foam and plywood inside the notch, <3> join inside sheet and outside sheet together, it will be one- piece sheet. <4> press the sheet to keep them tight and firm. |
Step 5 |
Welding |
Weld the inside sheet and outside sheet together to make a cabinet structure, the welding point will be on the backside of the sheet, to keep the sheet surface beautiful and the cabinet durable. |
Step 6 |
Drilling |
Drilling the handle hole and the hinge hole. |
Step 7 |
Polishing |
Polish the welding point to make it smooth and shinning, also polish the sharp angel to avoid the people get hurt. |
Step 8 |
Assembling |
Assemble the door on the cabinet. |
Step 9 |
Cleaning |
Clean the cabinet surface and check the scratches, if no problem, they will pack the film on cabinet surface to avoid dust and scratches. |
Step 10 |
Packing |
After we checked cabinet and ceramic basin and related accessories are qualified. then our workers will pack them into carton, the last all packed products will be sent to warehouse. |
