CRS-300 MULTI-FUNCTIONAL TEST BENCH

This is a multi-function testing equipment,it can not only test diesel injector pump ,but also test the injector.It has high precise pressure measurement of common rail, PID control injector atomization and  other advanced functions.

TEST bosch cp1/cp2/cp3,DELPHI CRSP,DENSO HP0/HP3/HP4,SIMEMENS DCP pump and so on.

Drove by original Bosch pump, pressure created 0~2000bar, Measure the feeding and return volume, pump chamber pressure, feeding pressure, check sealing performance, and functions of ZME valve.

 Common rail injector test:

1.  Test BOSCH CP1/CP2/CP3, DELPHI CRSP, DENSO HP0/HP3/HP4, SIEMENS DCP pump and so on.

2.  Simultaneous detection of six common rail injector.

3.  Test the oil injection and oil return under the circumstance of sealing, pilot injection, idle operation, full load
