Oilseeds scope: soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, peanut oil, palm oil, copra oil, rice bran oil and other vegetable oil.
Full set cooking oil making machine including: Oil Pretreatment and Prepressing equipment, Oil Extraction equipment, and Oil Refinding equipment
I. Oil pretreatment and prepressing machine
oil seed → cleaning destorticating → shelling → crushing → flaking → cooking
→oil pressing → refining → finished oil
Craft features:
1. Create a good production environment
2. Minimize the total oil loss, increase oil yield and output, also improve the quality of oil and cake meal.
3. Comprehensively utilize impurities and offal.
4. Perfectly match extraction production line, designing different production processes according to different oilseed.
II. Oil extraction machine
Solvent-- Extractor--Mixed oil -- 1st and 2nd evaporation -- Stripping tower -- Crude oil
Wet meal -- DTDC toaster -- Meal
