Full Set Oil production line including main three workshops: Oil Pretreatment and Prepressing equipment, Oil Extraction equipment, and Oil Refinding equipment
I. Oil pretreatment and prepressing equipment
Cleaning section, crushing section, flaking section, softening section, oil pressing section
1. Create a good production environment
2. Minimize the total oil loss, increase oil yield and output, also improve the quality of oil and cake meal.
3. Comprehensively utilize impurities and offal.
4. Perfectly match extraction production line, designing different production processes according to different oilseed.
II. Oil extraction machinery
1.Adopting negative pressure evaporation can ensure excellent oil quality
2.Extraction system is highly adaptable and can adapt to different raw material
3.All equipment is provided with exhaust gas absorption systems with excellent absorption effect
4.Full energy-saving design utilizes heat energy for many times and saves steam consumption

1.Solvent consumption: 2.5kg per ton raw material
2.Steam consumption: 250-300kg per ton raw material
3.Electricity consumption:12-19kw.h per ton raw material
4.Water consumption: 0.2m3 per ton raw material
5.Residual oil of meal: ≤0.5-1.5%
6.Residual solvent of meal: ≤500ppm(passing detonation test)
The craft index for 200-2000T/D oil extraction equipment:
1. Solvent consumption: 1.5kg per ton raw material
2. Steam consumption: 200-250kg per ton raw material
3. Electricity consumption:7-9kw.h per ton raw material
4. Water consumption: 0.2m3 per ton raw material
5. Residual oil of meal: ≤0.5-1.5%
6. Residual solvent of meal: ≤500ppm(passing detonation test)
