Automatic cottonseed oil extraction machine
Cottonseed protein dephenolization equipment is our factory invention patent product, it includes low temperature pretreatment unit, oil extraction unit and dephenolization unit etc.
Secondary extraction dephenolization technology adopts two kind of solvent to respectively extract oil and gossypol, which ensures oil quality and complete dephenolization(free gossypol≤0.04%, lower than free gossypol content of food grade cotton protein regulated in WHO/FAO/UNICEF international organizations, and below 0.06%), while removing Phyllotreta enzymes generated in storage course of cottonseed. The wet meal with solvent is not processed but directly extracted to remove phenol after oil extraction, which reduces consumption, and thermal denaturation of the protein can be avoided, so keeps product quality stable.
