high quality grinding cement plant

Our grinding cement plant  is mainly used for small, medium and large-scale cement plants. Its preheater employs outside kiln precalciner. Capable of utilizing the waste heat from kiln inlet to decompose raw meal, this grinding cement plant  is good at saving electricity and heat. Its closed production line makes it possible to reduce its ambient dust pollution to less than 50mg/Nm3. Besides, its feature of making use of waste heat makes it quite cost efficient for users.

The simplified process of cement production is raw materials extraction (mining) → crushing→ raw materials storage and pre-homogenization (ball mill) →raw material homogenization and storage, calcinations (raw material enter into rotary kiln after pre-heater in cyclone tube, calcinated to clinker) → cement grinding (mix other chemical material according to cement quality to grind) → cement storage and transportation

Main stages in cement making process:

1.Crushing and Preblending
In cement plant, most of the material need to be broken, such as limestone, clay, iron ore and coal, etc. Limestone is the largest amount of raw material in cement production, so the crushing stage plays a very important role in cement plant.

2. Raw material Grinding
In cement plant, producing each 1 ton of Portland cement need to grind at least 3 tons of materials (including raw materials, fuel, clinker, mixed materials, gypsum). The grinding operation consumes about 60% power in cement plants, among which the raw material grinding takes more than 40%, while coal mill used in cement palnt consumes 3%. So choosing the suitable grinding mills in cement plant is very necessary.

3.Clinker Calcination and Cooling
The calcination in the rotary kiln is a key step of cement production , it has direct influence on the quality of cement clinker.

Rotary kiln is the main equipment for sintering cement clinker. The rotary kilns produced by our company can be divided into dry process and wet process. They can also be used for chemical industry, metallurgy industry and etc. Throught technical renovations, the rotary kiln sintering system equipment made by our company has adopted high measuring precession plunger pump, variable speed adjusted valve, contact graphite block air seal and other national advanced technologies. In order to raise up automation degree, industrial TV has been used at the kiln head for monitoring of kiln, analog fluorescent screen has been used for display of process flow; Infrared scanning system has been adopted for sintering zone to directly reflect the burning conditions on the computer. With the use of these new technologies, it is directly in vision, convenient in operation and reliable in use.

4. Cement Grinding
Cement grinding is used for grinding cement clinker (and gelling agent, performance tuning materials, etc.) to the appropriate size (in fineness, specific surface area, said), optimizing cement grain grading, increasing the hydration area, accelerating the hydration rate to meet the requirements of cement paste setting, hardening.
