Straw chopper is applied for the agriculture and the livestock to cut fresh or dry corn straw, straw, and various other kinds of forage grass and crops straw the agriculture livestock .

All components are as follows:

1, Feeding system: mainly made up of feeding table, up and down grass pressing sticks, fixed blade, and the supporting part.

2, Casting and sending system: consists of movable blade, cutter, lock screw, ect.

3, Transmission system: consists of v-belt, transmission shaft, gear, cordon, ect.

4, Conveying system: mainly consists of caster.

5, Protective device: composed of shields.

Working principle of the straw cutter:

The motor transfers power to the spindle. Then the gear on the other end of the main shaft transfers the power to the grass pressing stick through the gear case and the cordon, ect. When the materials come into the up and down grass pressing sticks, they will be clamped by the sticks and sent into the cutting system at a certain speed. The materials are discharged from the outlet after being cut by high rotary speed cutter.
