2. catalyst granulator application:
catalyst granulator is mainly used in low/medium content of compound fertilizer production and granulation of organic/inorganic compound fertilizer or single-quality fertilizer.
3.The raw materials to make fertilizer are:
1. Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran,etc.
2. Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter (PL) and animal waste(AW),such as,Slaughterhouse Waste,Fish Market,Urine and dung of cattle,Pigs,Sheep,Chicken, Ducks, Geese,Goat.etc.
3.Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue etc.
4. Home scrap: food waste, bones, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.
5. Sludge: the sludge of the river, the sewer, etc.

5.Organic Fertilizer Production Line
1. The high capacity organic fertilizer machine disc granulator is one of the
common fertilizer industry equipments.
2. It is applied to the medium or low concentration, small-scale production.
The disc is set and adjusted between 40 °-55 °.
3. The organic fertilizer machine disc granulator is drived by motor reducer gear to
join mixed good materials fertilizer.
4. Because of rise in the force of gravity scroll down, in the above several under the action
of forces plate material, gradually formed the nuclear straight to finished product size,
round plate by the spill.
