Answer: Yes, after order(qty. up to our moq) is confirmed, it will be returned back to you by reducing from the balance payment.
Question 4.Is freight collect or pre-pay for sample ?
Answer: Delivery cost is paid by buyer, but you can choose collect or pre-pay at our side( it will be cheaper, if you do not have a express account, you can pay the sample charge and freight to us together, then we can pay for you)
