Brief introduction of USV:
USV Type 071 is a standard type of Unmanned Surface Vessel with 7 meters long. It can sail at a speed of 30 knots and achieve autonomous navigation and autonomous task by high-precision Beidou satellite positioning navigation /GPS within 200 miles. And also it can transmit the real-time task data to control center by long distance data communication system. According to different tasks, it can carry different equipments, as well as unmanned aerial vehicle and underwater vehicle to achieve cooperative operation, which can fully meet the requirements of island patrol, maritime search and rescue, port security and so on. Besides, Type 071 USV can be equipped with 12.7mm automatic machine gun to resist heavy- armor naval vessels, even to attack helicopter in critical time.
