Q: Can I get some free sample?
A: Yes, sample is free but the freight should be paid by your side.
Q: How to order with us?
A: Send us inquiry--- receive our quotation—negotiate order details—confirm the sample—sign the contract—pay deposit—mass production—cargo ready—balance/delivery—further cooperation.
Q: How to settle payment?
A: T/T, L/C, West Union, Paypal normally
Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit and balance before delivery.
Q: What's your delivery time?
A: It will take 60 days for the new collection once the order has been confirmed.
For the old collection, it will take 45 days.
Q: What can purchaser do if the trolley luggage has a problem?
