Aluminum Foil Surface Waterproofing Membrane For Roofing Underlayment
Waterproof brings in advanced equipment to produce Elastomeric Modified Bitumen Waterproof Membrane, which if made of bitumen modified with Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) as dipping and painting.
Our SBS modified bitumen waterproof membrane is reinforced by Polyester, Fiberglass, or PYG felt, upper surface covers Aluminum foil, PE film, Sand or Mineral, and lower surface covers PE membrane. Our products are corresponded to the national standards GB 18242-2008.
1. Cold applied, no open flame. Self-adhesion without bonding agent. Safe application, no pollution, low carbon, economical.
2. Excellent adhesion bond, good bonding with substrate, and with the self- recovery, avoid the water flee. With self-healing ability, joint self-bonding with the same life time as membrane.
3. High tensile strength, high elongation and good anti-puncture and corrosion resistance ability.
5. Wide coil material with low loss, construct conveniently.
It can be used for un-exposed civil and industry roof, underground project waterproof, wall, kitchen and lavatory, basement, swimming pool, bridge and road, subway, cistern. And it also can be used as corrosion-resistance for metal container and pipes. It’s especially use for no fire waterproof project. And suitable for cold places for it’s good low temperature.
The products of different style, different size should be stacked separately, can’t mix, during storage and transportation. Avoid the sun-scorched and rain-drenched, keep ventilated. Storage temperature should ≤45℃, Store the products in flat, the height won’t over 5 layers, when upright, should store in single layer. Avoid lean or side press during transportation, cover one piece of felt cloth, if necessary.
The point of Selection
1. I style is suitable for the ordinary and middle quality construction projects underground and roof waterproofing.
2. II style with bigger pulling, higher extension, softness at low temperature, especially use for high quality construction underground projects, roof projects and the subway station of open dredging process.
3. Use as host material for underground project, use for single layer membrane thickness should ≥3mm; Use for double-layer membrane thickness should ≥3mm+3mm.
