1.The Materals and Technological of Carton Boxes
Flute: the flute is the height of the corrugation, sandwiched between two liners.
C flute: the most common flute type, about 4mm thick, good stacking strength.
B flute: another common flute type, about 3mm thick, burst strength properties.
A flute: no common use, about 5mm thick, very strong, usually use in industrial.
E flute: about 1.5mm thick, often used for packing light products.
Double wall: or we call it” twin cushion”, combine two different flute together.
BC flute: combine both 'C' and 'B' Flute together, this is generally about 9mm in thickness.
EB flute: combine both 'E' and 'B' Flute together.
BB flute: combine both 'B' and 'B' Flute together.
EE flute: combine both 'E' and 'E' Flute together.
BA flute: combine both 'B' and 'A' Flute together.
Three walls: combine three different flutes together to make the cardboard much stronger.
This wall is mainly used for packing very heavy products.
BCB wall: combine both ‘B’,”C” and 'B' Flute together.
EBC wall: combine both ‘E’,”B” and 'C' Flute together.
