The Hole Diameter range of Ring Dies: for the Feed Pellet is 2-12mm, for the Bimomass Pellet is 6-12mm, or Other sizes customized.
1.Our ring dies are based on the high quality refined steel which is also forged in our own forging press machines.
2.Materials: 4Cr13, 20CrMnTi, 16MnCr5, GCr15, 40Cr, 608izMn, 20CrMn or as customers' requests.
3.Adopting advanced German multi-faces gun drills and American automatic drills, one-time holes forming ensures the smooth pelletizing, the long service life and the high quality.
4.Used for Feed or Biomass Pellet Mills, produce pellets with good appearance, similar length and hygienic.
5.Using American vaccum furnaces and the continuous-quenching furnaces to process ring dies, double the service lifes.
6.Exam ring dies by microscopes before selling.
7.With decades of experience of manufacturing ring dies, the compression ratio, the relief size, materials etc. are available to be customized from our company.
