The concrete pumps are widely used in the modern construction filed. The spare parts of the concrete pump, such as the pipes, are suffereed from serious abraion due to the materail transport. So that they will repaired frequently and cost too much, Operators depth it painstakingly. After five years research, we developed th KCPP wear resistant ceramic lined concrete pumps (Patent No. 2007200622128). Now, it has upgraded to 7th generation.
The products developed based on hte research of different type concrete pump working conditions and wear mechanism, the main principle is to use the high abrasion resistant ceramic material as the inner wall to protect the steel pipe, and optimize the pipe system according to kinetostatics principle, to reduce the material abrasion to the pipes at utmost.
