High alumina ceramic lined concrete pumping pipes & elbows
The concerete pipes and elbows are lined with 95%, 99% high alumina ceramic tiles. The pipes' life is over Ten times extended than just alloy pipes.
High alumina ceramic is outstanding for its wear resistance. By lining the ceramic tiles in the concerete pumping pipes and elbows, which life time could be over several times prolonged than the traditional alloy pipes. Meanwhile, the low friction factor of ceramic makes the inner surface very smoothly, largely decrease the concrete blocking in the pipe or elbow. All the advantages of ceramic largely expand the life time of pipe and elbow and decrease downtime.
