Mining pulley alumina ceramic lagging
There are many high alumina ceramic pulley lagging lined belt rollers in the steel industry, cement,mining ,port and so on. Usually,the rollers are wrapped by a layer of rubber to prevent them from slipping. But usually,if the roller works in the water environment, the material are easy adhere to the belt or roller. Then it can be easy slip.
Our Kingcera ceramic pulley lagging are adopt the new methods. We valcanized the grain shaped ceramic into the rubber and wrap onto the roller. it not only prevent the roller from slip, can also prolong the roller's service life span.
Advantages:
1.The rough surface of ceramic, prevent the belt and roller from slip.
2.Abrasion resistant, it can prolong the service life span 10 time at least.
3.Gutters between the ceramic are good for draining away water.
