Needle punched felt are made from PE, PP, PTFE, FMS, glassfiber, PPS, P84, aramid, basalt to meet to meet normal or high working temperature.
Compared with ordinary filter material, needle-punched felt has many advantages as following:
- high hole rate and good air permeability
- high efficiency of cleaning and low density of gas
- after heating, singeeing and coating treatment, the surface should be smooth, difficult to stop up and out of shape
- long working life
- extensive use and good chemical stability.
Usage: filter normal atmospheric temperature or high temperature gas including corrding gas mixed with acid and alkali, water, oil.
Application: it is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, smelting, generating electricity, pottey, machinery, mine, petroleum, deystuffs, food, grain processing, etc.
