WD-460 is improved from WD-20, based on WD-20,it is added manually-operated, electric-driven milling cutter for book spine, and the firmness of binding is greatly improved. EF-30 can meet the standard for big printing factories. It has temperature -controlling device, and temperature can be adjusted for different types of melt glue under various temperature conditions, such as all the seasons and different areas. The binding quality is largely improved and more kinds of adhesives can be applied. The unique milling cutter device solves the problem of miniaturization of milling cutter for printing factories.
1. The dynamic balancing milling cutter can mill deep grooves in the book spine and it doesn't block the paper, besides, there is better side-glue to enhance the binding quality, which is suitable for professional printing factories.
2. Electronic temperature controlling device is used. It can indicate the temperature set for the adhesive pot beforehand when the temperature is reached. Many kinds of adhesive can be used under various climate conditions, such as Qingzang altiplano, the -40 degree in Russia, and hot weather of India. The machine can work stably for a long time under various climate conditions.
3. The milling cutter is made of paper-affinity alloy, and it has sharp blade and is quite durable.
