We provide detailed specification and parameter of our LED luminaries. The assistance in designing interior lighting effect is also available. Free sample of LED light can be provided if needed. The freight is borne by customers.
In-sales Service
1. We follow up the production schedule everyday and report the specific situation to customers.
2.We arrange delivery within 10-15 days after receiving 30% deposit of the payment for goods.
3. All of our LED lamps' materials, assembly and detection are completed under full inspection to ensure high product quality. Our LED light fixtures will have 48hrs aging test before shipment. We set up the interval of 5-15 seconds in the first 24hrs of the aging test. It refers to the repeated action of switching on and switching off in every 5-15 seconds. We continue the aging test in the second 24hrs. Specially assigned persons will be sent to inspect the aging test procedure of LED light in every 20mins and they will take out the defective one to guarantee 100% qualification. The 48hrs aging test can witness our LED luminaries' reliability and stability.
4. We will clean the LED lamp after the aging test. And we will have one more aging test before packing and shipment.
After-sales Service
All of our LED lights are guaranteed with 50,000 hrs normal working hours and provided with 3 years' warranty. We unconditionally offer compensation to the non-human damage in warranty period.
