VD4series vacuum circuit breaker is used in indoor high voltage switchgear systems. The overall structure of
it is composed of switch main body and operating mechanism. The operating mechanism is spring type
It uses composite insulated material, so it does not have pollution and explosion problems.
With particular advantages, it is suitable for some network where there is high switch frequency in the working
current range or where repeatedly short circuit breaking operations happen.
VD4 type vacuum circuit breaker can be used as individual units for switchgear type KYN28, AMS, GZS1, ZS1,
Unigear and so on.

Routine tests:
Our VTL series vacuum circuit breakers have passed the following routine tests before delivery from our factory:
mechanical performance test, main circuit power frequency withstand voltage tests, dielectric tests on auxiliary
and control circuits, main circuit resistance test, interlock operation tests, mechanical operation tests, electric
operation tests,ect.

The embedded pole applied in our vacuum circuit breaker is developed and manufactured by us. Compared with
traditional assembled poles, embedded poles need much less accessories, conduct joints and fasteners. As a result,
the pole assembly process and the reliability of the main circuit is improved. Assembly poles are also available.
