After Sales Service
Please contact our after sales department within 30 days after the reception and follow the process
1.The client provides the copy of the Sales Contract and describes the demand. The client supplies pictures as a proof.
2.The Quality checking department takes the demand in charge and decides if it is taken in charge or not in less than 48 hours
3.Regarding the demand, a compensation might be accorded and an agreement signed.
4.The after sales service performs the duties as mentionned in the agreement.

-------------------Normally it's 500pcs each color each style. It is depending on the specific products you are enquiring.
Can I put my logo on your products?
---------------------Yes.Both OEM and ODM are accepted.Please email us and let us know your logo or design.
What is the price of a sample production?
----------------------Sample charge is US$5~ 100/PCS. It is refundable once place an order. And the shipping cost would be paid by the buyer.
What is the time of a sample production?
----------------------1~3 days if you accept our own sample. 5~7 days if you require us to make new sample with your own logo design
What is the time of bulk production ?
------------------------ 25 working days for bulk production after received your confirmed order and deposit
What is the time of packaging?
---------------------7-10 days after the customer confirm the design of package. Film of printing would be charged as per the customer’s design and colors.
What is the weight of each package?
