NOHOO Seller Promise (after-sale service)
1. If the item is defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange and replace any defective items within 7 business days of receipt of items without extra charge.
2. If items found defective on arrival, items must be reported within 7 days after receipt and returned within 21 days, and buyers are responsible for returned shipping cost.
3. In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund.
4. Items should be returned with original packages.
5. All sales are final. Refunds will be given only if items found defective on arrival. Refund will be issued within 3 days after receipt and inspection of returned product,
but fees of shipping, handling and insurance are not refundable.

A: First customer: need mold charge and express charge, can refund the mold charge back when order successful.
Old customer: sample charge and express charge by free,and after place order will refund all samples charge.
