Pulverized Coal Machine

The broken hammer is made by NM500 high wear-resisting material.
The screw conveyor is controlled by frequency converter for coal supplying.
The first-class accessories(motor, reducer, bearing etc). User can specify a brand.
The shell manufactured by super thick high strength steel plate, which avoid the body vibration effectively.
Coal Burner
It is composed of combustion chamber, automatic back and forth motion system, automatic rotation system, the combustion air supply system.
1. Coal Burner using the exclusive revolving burning chamber to solve traditional burning problems, such as relict agglomeration and burning incompletely
2. High flame temperature, more energy-saving.
3. Coal Burner is equipped with exclusive fire-brick, prolonging the service life
4. With simple and convenient ignite way; manual or automatic way is optional.
5. Coal Burner could work continuously, don’t need to clear clinker every day.
6. Compared with oil burner, coal burner costs lower.
7. The whole burner is could be automatically controlled.
Control System
PLC Touch Screen Control System
Our coal burner can be equipped with PLC touch screen control system. The whole control process visualization, the operation is simple and convenient. Meanwhile interface can use English, Russian, etc
