Multichannel Coal Puverized burner for Dryer Drum
Coal Burner mainly application:
Suitable for all kinds of annealing furnace, metal furnace, hardening furnace, casting furnace, smelting furnace, forcing furnace etc related heating furnace.
Scope: Our coal burner is mainly used in asphalt station, boiler, dry (such as brick kiln), metallurgy and other industries.
Coal burner is mainly composed of pulverized coal machine, host of combustion machine(including combustion chamber, automatic back and forth motion system, automatic rotation system, the combustion air supply system) control system, ignition system, the crater and others.
Pulverized coal machine
1. Various models and specifications for choose including MFJ20, MFJ40, MFJ80, MFJ120, MFJ150.
2. The broken hammer is made by NM500 high wear-resisting material.
3. The coal screw is controlled by frequency converter for coal supply.
4. First-class accessories (motor, reducer, bearing etc). User can specify a brand.
5. The shell manufactured by super thick high strength steel plate, which avoid the body vibration effectively.
Full automatic Coal burner for stationary asphalt plant
1. Adopt new design structure, which changed the principle of traditional burner, adopt rotation type combustor to solve the imperfections of traditional burner(easy slagging, incomplete combustion);
2. High flame temperature, energy saving, burning sufficient;
3. Adopt high performance refractory brick, prolong service life;
4. 24 hours continuous production, no need do slag removal work everyday;
5. Production cost is low, the cost is only about 1/5 of the oil burner .
