Similarities:

 1>The various interlocking blocks the two machiens can make are the same

 3>The whole frame and technology are same, such like hydraulic pressure or air cooling system.

Differences

 1>Full automatic machine can be controlled totally by PLC, the operation is more simple.

 2>Full automatic type has one more hydraulic system--the clamp,this can be used to transfer the blocks,  which can make the operation more simple and quick

 3> The capacity of semi-automatic machine is  2500-3000 pcs a day, meanwhile the full aytomatic machine can achieve 3500-4000pcs.

Treatment of our moulds

1>From the selection: we use 45# steel instead of Q235, the  former is much thicker and stronger

2>For the treatment, all our moulds deposed in autoclave of temperature of 900degrees, meanwhile get carbonazation, all this treatments can make sure the stability and anti-wearing
