What is rigid box? A "set up" box (or rigid paperboard box) is made of stiffer paperboard, permanently glued together with paper skins that can be printed or colored. Unlike folding cartons, these are assembled at the point of manufacture and transported already "set-up". If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight. If you need printed samples, we will charge $50-$150 to cover the cost on film.
3) How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 2days and delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
4) What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity.
Our producing capacity is 200,000pcs/month. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
