Part 1----Flatten Function

Machine with 3 cylinder ,And Heating by Electric and oil .One roll transparent material loaded ,Machine control by micro-computer. Raw roll material Diameter Can be 500 mm ,the effective width can be 800 mm. machine with putting protection film function upon the machine.

Part 2----Cutting Function

In this part ,machine cutting the length and width ,all can be set in PLC ,just putting number is ok . before and after the cuter both have static dealing .

This machine is heating and flatting the plastic sheet controlled by computer, it adopts the system of the hot oil to flat the sheet. It flats the material firstly,then cut. It can keep the formed product smooth and glossy. All of the system adopts the numerical control and matc for the PLC screen, You can set accurate sheet's cutting speed, length, and quality. In this way, it can save a lot of manpower, improve the production capability.
