Q:what is your regular practice about terms of payment?
A: TT: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance paid against shipping docs. For small amount, say less than USD1000, full payment in advance to save bank fee.
Q:How long is the quotation valid for?
A: normally 30 days.
Q:How the product pricing and how to consult prices?
A:We pricing the products according to the customers' choice on materials,printing,quantity, and other process flow and so on. And you can inquiry by TM,skype or send e-mail to us.
Q:If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
A:If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will be reponsible for it and provide a replacement service.
Q:Could you provide samples for test?
A:Yes, we provide free samples for customers, but customer should bear the freight charges.
