Introduction
This paints contain silicone resin and characterized by its ease of application, well atomization and high-emission rate. The paint coating should be self dried for 0.5 hour and then dried for 2 hours at 200°C to achieve best performance. It can provide films which are humidity-resistant, waterproof and weather-resistant, and can stand integrated after exposed at 300°C for a long period of time.
Since it’s poor in resisting the gasoline, do avoid contacting with gasoline.
Application
The paint can be applied for chimney, pipeline, automobiles or motors exhaust pipes, and other parts which work at high temperature.
Usage
1.Completely take off the grease, water track and dust which stick on the object of being spray.
2. Shake up and down about 30 seconds before use.
3. Press the nozzle with index finger, then spray back and forth with a distance of 25-30 cm away from the object.
4. Adopt repeated spray method. Spray a thin layer every 10-15 minutes, repeat 2-3 times can achieve a better result.
5. Reverse the can after finish spraying, then press the nozzle about 3 seconds until the gas emission, clear up the nozzle to prevent from plugging.
6. If for outdoor spray, the paint film must cover the sunshine tolerance lacquer which special use in fluorescent paint in order to increase outdoor durability.
