Product Description

 

With raw materials of bean pulp and peanut meal, this production line could break and re-systematize the chain of globular proteins with laminar fiber structure by grinding, stirring, tempering, high temperature, high pressure and high shearing process. The final products have the advantages of high nutritive value and meaty shape-taste without cholesterol or animal fat and it can be absorbed by oil, water and flavor, which is able to be applied in many types of fields. Defatted soybean powder, soy protein concentrate or soy isolate protein as the raw material, the textured soybean protein is mainly made through the process of mechanical stirring, extrusion and puffing, with high nutritive value and super-good performance.

Technological Process

Raw Materials Configurations→ Mixing→ Conveyance→ Extrusion→ Conveyance→ Drying→ Cooling Conveyance

 

 

Equipment Configurations

  1.   Flour Mixer: Evenly stir low-temperature bean pulp alone or bean pulp mixed with some annexing agents (e.g. defatted soybean powder and soy protein concentrate) with a certain amount of water. Choose different GY flour mixer model according to different output requirements.
  2. Spiral Conveyor: Convey stirred raw materials into feeding hopper of extruder.
  3. Extruder: Systematize and fibrillate protein under high temperature & pressure with the help of special control cabinet. Select different GY single screw extruder model based on clients’ raw materials and output capacity requirement
  4. Air Conveyor: Convey semi-products into drying oven.
  5. Multi-layer Drying Oven: Dry semi-finished products. It is the most common dehydration plant for puffed food. It includes a belt dryer and some in-built heating devices to carry out drying by means of electricity, vapor, diesel or gas. The drying temperature and drying time can be controlled.
  6. Cooling machine: Realize fast cooling of final products to satisfy the packing requirements.
