Description:
1. Extruding nutritious rice plant is that our factory design a big long neck twin screw extruder, on the basis of summarizing many products at home and abroad.
2.The screw length is up to 1400mm, increasing compression and melting length than traditional 1000mm screw. Which make the macterial in the machine cavity have the enough time to fused and homogenization.
3. Extruding nutritious rice plant can adapt to a variety of raw materials: all kinds of grains, flour, corn, glutinous rice, buckwheat, beans, starch, etc. Even animal meat high oil material also can produce qualified products.
Raw Materials:
Adopts rice , corn, millet, wheat, oats, buckwheat, bean, starch as main ingredient, and some other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient.
Products:
The extruded artifitial rice processing line can be used to produce many kinds of extrusion food stuffs, such as various snacks foods, core-filled snacks foods, cereals ect, we just need to finish it by adjusting the mould from extruder
