Man made rice making machine/production line
Description:
A. Reinforced man made rice production equipments /manufacturing plant uses rice powder, corn powder as the main raw material, and some other vitamin and mineral material can be chosen as the products required, aster reconstituted, the artifitial rice can be more tasty and healthy.
B. The material is extruded into rice shape by the double-screw extruder, and dried to needed moisture content by the food dryer, then polished by the rice polishing equipments.
C. The extruding technique makes the processing equipments possible to strengthen the micronutrient in the rice and solidify it.
Raw Materials:
Adopts rice , corn, millet, wheat, oats, buckwheat, bean, starch as main ingredient, and some other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient.
Products:
The extruded artifitial rice processing line can be used to produce many kinds of extrusion food stuffs, such as various snacks foods, core-filled snacks foods, cereals ect, we just need to finish it by adjusting the mould from extruder
