Main application
The steam generator is mainly used in the ironing working procedure of rag trade and washing industry. It is supplied with 0.25-0.4Mpa steam to steam iron and also capable for supplying steam to hospital, hotel and food industry, etc..
Main feature
The infall of this series machines adopts copper-made high-pressure pump. The time of water supply is short and it is durable. The water tank controls the water level. The working system controls the machine automatically. After turn on the machine 10 minutes, it exports steam continuously.
Working principle
This machine connects the power supply equipment; pumps will pump the water tank into the heating steam generator tube. The water level rose with the water pump and water supply, when in excess of the minimum level, the electrical heating pipe connected to the power supply automatically and then begins heating. At this point continue to pump water to higher water level, water supply pumps stop automatically. At the same time, the electric heating pipe under constant heating. The heating cylinder temperature rising until demand generated by the steam pressure, then the exhaust valve can supply steam. The process of steam for the steam pressure likely will continue to rise, when the pressure rose to 0.4 Mpa, the pressure controller moves automatically disconnect power to stop heating. Because heating stop cylinder steam pressure has been gradually declining. When steam pressure dropped to about 0.3 Mpa, the electric heating was connected to the power supply again. The steam pressure increased again to get continuous heating source.
