Q1. How Should I make and inquiry?
Ans: Please send us your inquiry by email and state your product information -Size, Material, Design, Printing requirement and packing requirement and etc.
Q2. How can I get the samples?
Ans: If you need samples, we can make as per your request. There will be a sample mock up charges.
Q3. How much of the transportation freight cost?
Ans: The freight cost is depends on total weight of packing size and the destination.
Q4. How long can I get the sample?
Ans: The samples will be ready for delivery in 10~14 days.
Q5. How to order packaging design?
Ans: Once you confirm the price and sample approval, please send your purchase order by Email / Fax, ask us to send you one invoice. We need to know the following information for your order.
1) Product information in detail
2) Delivery time required
3) Shipping information - Company name, Street address, Phone and Fax number, Destination sea port.
4) Forwarder contact if you have any.
