Label Printing Machine Feature
1. Use spring to adjust the printing pressure, can keep two ends of inking roller to be uniform and smooth, also the inking roller not too heavy or light.
2.18ink-distributing rollers and double-ink form rollers, which get graphics printed more perfect and support ultra-long trapping printing without vogue image.
3. Flexible polishing installment, which gets the gloss of printed product durable, causes printed product more environment-friendly and reduces production cost effectively.
4. Ultra-light flinty aluminum alloy plate tube and plate fitting method, which get the plate fitting simpler and easier.
5.Adjustable UV photo source and interlocked control of printing speed, which get printed product have perfect drying effect regardless of any printing material or printing speed selected, free from manual regulation and avoiding unnecessary waste of time and material.
6. Adjustable printing plate, which get the alignment of plate easier.
7. The 2nd printing can be done through computer positioning (i.e. by using electric eye tracing & positioning) .
8. Each printing unit can work independently, which enhance the production efficiency greatly, and each printing unit can adjust to fine-tune.
9.Overprinting System: Once printing length is input at the main control unit, every unit will move automatically to the preset position. Each unit is controlled individually by a motor. With the help of CCD image, lateral, longitudinal and bevel direction registration can be achieved without stopping the machine production. This greatly increases the print quality and reduced the production wastage.
