Detailed introduction to DC Drive Cabinet:
With the adoption of 591 series all digital DC speed regulator of Eurotherm company (UK) as the core of control, the DC drive composes the Euro extension type DC speed regulating unit matched with large power 3-phase all controlled thyristor rectifying unit, which not only can keep the features of Euro all digital regulator, but also can reduce the cost. The Euro all digital DC drive is suitable for the control of external excitation DC motor, the filed part of which is composed by external enlarging power single-phase full controlled thyristor rectifying bridge.
All of the open loop and closed loop drive control and perfect protection function are realized by two sets of microprocessor of Euro all digital DC speed regulator with powerful functions. The operating panel provide all of the necessary parameters about modification, setting and measuring display for rectifier. The DC drive can automatically adapt for the power supply frequency range of 45Hz~65Hz (it is not correlative between armature and field), and has no requirements for power phase sequence of armature loop.
DC drive cabinet has 3 series: computer-control stimulation type, all-digital Euro Drive original type and all-digital Euro Drive expansion type. Adopt speed-current double close-loop control, with merits of wide speed regulation range, super dynamic performance, multiple motors linkage etc.
DC drive cabinet equipment widely apply to light industrial, paper making, plastic, pipe and tube welding, chemical, cement etc.
