RO WATER PURIFY PLANT

The JM-BW Series platform is a range of RO machines and supporting components such as multi-media filters, carbon filters, water softeners, chemical feed systems, tanks, and pumps used as the building blocks of a full-scale, configurable water system. We manufactured globally to facilitate region-specific certification, operational and maintenance needs-enabling you to obtain a robust water system and that is up and running quickly at your facility.
1.1. It adopts computer simulating system design; the complete system performs safely and reliably.

1.2. It enables to treat seawater and brackish water meets to the World Health Organization (WHO), drinking water standard.

1.3. Easy operation, it adopts PLC automatic control, one button can achieve the equipment start and stop.

1.4. Compact size, light weight, easy installation and commissioning.

1.5. It adopts the American DOW membranes and American CAT and Denmark Dan Foss high pressure pump.

1.6. It is fit for yacht,fishery,ocean ship,island and other poor water area.
2.Specification
A. Raw water tank: supply steady water quality and water source, concrete structures, built by yourself.
B. Mechanical filtration machine:
filter material: quartz sand and active carbon
function: automatic valve control input and back wash, two stage filtrate. Output water SDI<4.
C. Add medication equipment

D. Saving filtration machine:
Filter material: PP membrane
E. HP pump and energy reclaim equipment
CNP HP pump: small, high capacity, low noise, save energy ,SS316 .
Energy recovery devices: energy reclaimed and changed rate< 98%
F. Reverse osmosis machine:
membrane material: TFC membrane, desalination rate of single membrane is up to 99.8%. The system can control by auto and hand, including auto alarm function when pressure is over natural level, and system has problem.
G. Reverse osmosis system washing equipment: one time at everyday
