This type of high-performance PE/PP crushing machine developed by GrnWell have following features:
1. Both dry and wet crushing availible. Wet crushing have good affect of washing.
2. Crushing chamber specialy designed for bottles, which featured by fast feeding, preveting material from jam and bounce, no repeat cutting, and the output flakes is even and less powder.
3. Specially designed shaft Angle of rotary knife, forming the most energy saving, quiet cutting Angle,. The output load is stable and vibration is small, effective increase the efficient powwe and extent the service life of the transmission system and structural.
4. Structure of flip-open cover provide safe, fast and convinient maintainence and shorten half of the mmiantaining hours.
5. Main shaft installed external of the machine, which is easy to maintain and not affect by temperature and fleak of the machine, extent the using life.
6. The structure and operation safty of the machine meet the CE standard.
7. The blade adopt high quality material and strictly heating processing, ensure the durability of baldes.
Principles:
Through shearing force produced by movable blade and fixed blade to crush materials into pieces. Size of finished product depends on size of the crusher’s screen aperture.
