Quick Service (Quick Response rate 95-100%, sample order 10days, final order 25days)
Safe Package:
1. Each aluminum frame component and metal component is wrapped with transparent film which can protect the aluminum from being scratched, and then in pearl cotton.
2. Each glass component is packed with pearl cotton which is much safer for long time shipping.
3. Finally fill the 5 layers corrugated carton with foam and then bind it with 5 or more plastic belts.
Q1: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 1 sets, which can meet your sample order requirement.
But 5% discount order is for at least 10sets.
Q2:What about the leading time?
A: It depends on your quantity and complexity of your product. Generally 10~15days for sample order, 20~25 days for bulk order.
Q3:Can you design according to my requirements and put our logo on products?
A: Yes. ODM&OEM are welcomed.
Q4: What is your payment term?
A: 30% by T/T as deposit, balance before delivery is standard practice for us.
But small sample order, 50% deposit is in need.
Besides T/T , we accept L/C at sight , PAYPAL , Western Union as well.
Q5:How can I sure the product you provide is what I want?
A: Before production:
We will send you PI with the description, specifications(size, glass thickness, glass and hardware finish), door open way,
detail pictures, latest price, including loading info.
We will also offer free CAD drawing as your requests for your OEM or ODM products.
During production process:
We will send you pictures. And our QC system will make it possible to offer you reliable quality.
Q6:Can you offer me a full set of shower enclosure?
A: Our regular product only involves the shower enclosure. We also feel glad to offer you shower trays, shower sets and drain parts if you need.
