It has advantages of excellent cutting efficiency, high cutting precision, easy operation, express installation and low-cost maintenance, and so forth.TD type cutting head has already become the most advanced in this industry that makes it a long service life. Express installation and automatic operation make the reconstruction of special project and special reinforced concrete structures cutting easier such as building, bridge, subway, tunnel and other large-scale underwater projects. The maximum cutting depth of wall saw can reach to 830mm and wire saw can cut more than 830mm, which also can guarantee great efficiency and economic performance.
1. High Cutting Efficiency
Compared with belt driven saw, the concrete wall saw comes with integrated structure that will reduce torque loss of blade during gear driving and thereby ensures stable power transmission
2. Quick Installation
Saw head and track system can be quickly installed and prone to maintenance.
3. High Cutting Precision
Guide roller of the concrete cutter is fastened on the precise track to ensure stable running and high cutting precision. The maximum cutting depth is up to 830mm.
4. Combined Use
The hydraulic cutting machine is equipped with a number of additional devices such as saw blade protector, rotary track holder, wire saw, etc.
5. Strong Adaptability
Our hydraulic wall saw is provided with a unique track guide which can be easily used on different track system and can be driven by other brand hydraulic power unit.

The transmission and hydraulic motor come with low maintenance rate and enjoy 20% longer service life than similar products.
