1. High Cutting Efficiency
Compared with belt driven saw, the concrete wall saw comes with integrated structure that will reduce torque loss of blade during gear driving and thereby ensures stable power transmission

Guide roller of the concrete cutter is fastened on the precise track to ensure stable running and high cutting precision. The maximum cutting depth is up to 830mm.

The hydraulic cutting machine is equipped with a number of additional devices such as saw blade protector, rotary track holder, wire saw, etc.

Our hydraulic wall saw is provided with a unique track guide which can be easily used on different track system and can be driven by other brand hydraulic power unit.

Concrete Saw for Stairs Cutting
The project is about stairs renovation at the atrium area of a commercial and office complex in Guangzhou city. The original stair had to be removed for reconstruction. It had two landings that all came with a length of 1.5m. Total length of the stringer was up to 14.5m. Total width of the stair was 4.1m.
The new stair came with an addition of a four-storey elevator. Length was reduced to 8m and width to 2.75m. Total area was 176m. To ensure original structure around the stair would not be damaged by vibration during demolition of old stair, we needed to reinforce it in advance and then conduct vibration free cutting by using concrete saws including hydraulic wall saws, hydraulic wire saws and floor saws
Construction Process:
1. Put support at the bottom of part to be removed, enforce waterproof and reinforcement treatment to surrounding structure;
2. Positioning and paying off the hoisting chain;
3. Reasonable partitioning;
4. Cutting and handling;
5. Transporting and cleaning
