About life long maintenance service, please check out in the manual. Warranty Manual: A: We promise a 12-month warranty. During this period, we offer free maintenance if product damage is not resulted from human-made factors or incorrect operation. B: Beyond the period, you can obtain life-long maintenance service and need to pay the cost for spare parts. Apart from normal maintenance service during the warranty period, we also share the experience of our practical operator on system checkup, regulation and lubrication with you. If required, we can arrange technicians who all have over 10 years of on-site operation experience to offer training to the operators you appoint. 2. A: Cutting machine and parts have already been beyond warranty; B: Product fault or damage caused by incorrect installation and use; C: Machine fault or damage resulted from installation, maintenance, renovation or disassembly by unauthorized agents or persons; D: Machine fault or damage owing to use of the parts that are not supplied by Tiandi Company; E: Accidental or human made factors such as misoperation, falling down, water moistening, etc. that lead to machine fault or breakdown; F: Faults or damage due to natural disaster or force majeure including earthquake, fire, lightning stroke, flood, etc.; G: Quick wear parts or relevant consumables that are not covered including gears, bearings, oil seal, wire, rubber wheel, track, filter element, etc. 5.Other matters not mentioned here can be solved by mutual agreement. 6. Attentions Our service commitment is only suitable for the originally configured components and parts(See specific configuration list in the dispatch bill). Tiandi Company offers free maintenance service according to the service commitment if software and hardware mentioned above have faults. Tiandi Company has the right to own the replaced faulty parts. |
