Preformed dead end clamp ADSS cable(0-200m span)
We have 15 years of experiences of preformed tension clamp Cable Fitting for ADSS/OPGW.
Function:It mainly used on the cable line which passes the angle, tension or terminal tower or pole within the span of 50-200 meters. It is not only used for hanging the overhead cable but also used for fixing, installation or pulling cable during the construction.
Feature:
1. Protect cable sheath from damaging for overstress;
2. Deliver axial tension force;
3. Larger contact area with cable, even stress distribution, no stress concentration and vibration stress;
4. The grip strength to cable is more than 95% of cable's ultimate resistance tension strength (RTS).
Components:Preformed dead-end, thimble, U-shackle, etc.
Customers can also choose other linking fittings according to the requirements of design such as clevis, chain link, etc.
Material of preformed dead-end: Galvanized steel wire or Alumium-clad wire.
