A: Our customer have rights to know how the packages they are getting will look like, and how the packages are shipped out. Our Packing & Shipping Report includes both videos and photos to show customers their products clearly.

A: All the products come with the detailed installation and maintenance instruction. In case the customer need more help on the installation, we can send out our engineers to the job site for the on-site supervision and instruction.
