Product Description
The fermenting system is composed of fermenting tank and yeast tank. The fermentation process is controlled by PLC program, which can automatically accomplish the temperature control and exhaust.
- Effective volume:500L-10000L
- Inner shell: SUS304,Thickness 3mm, 2B polished.
- Outer shell: SUS304, thickness 2mm, matte polished.
- Shell jacket: SUS304, thickness 1.5mm.
- Insulation Material: polyurethane / rock wool, thickness: 60mm.
- Ribbon polished for the welded joint.
- Circular head / conical bottom/ shell jacket(one or two sections) / bottom jacket / insulation both on shell and bottom / with adjustable cylindrical legs.
- Connections: level interface/ steam Import and export/ top manhole / respirator interface / Inlet/ Outlet.
- Accessories: respirator, rotary cleaning ball, glass gauge, scale ruler, sight glass.
